Collet is simply the WhatsApp Business display name that ClaBiTs LTD uses when Jara sends messages on the WhatsApp Business Platform — it is not a separate company or product. ClaBiTs LTD operates a single WhatsApp Business account (Collet) to communicate with everyone who uses Jara; Jara does not currently allow other businesses to connect or manage their own, separate WhatsApp Business or Meta accounts through the platform. This is separate from marketing or promotional messaging: Jara does not treat simply contacting or using the service as blanket consent to receive marketing communications, and any such communications would require their own appropriate basis under applicable law. Users may request to stop non-essential communications by contacting our support team.

8. Data Sharing

ClaBiTs LTD does not sell personal information. Limited information may be shared with:
